Is the driver issue related to rdis? If yes, try unchecked the "Enable Advanced Network Functionality"
in your "USB to PC" setting and try again.

Does not work for me. Says I am connected and tries to sync but never actually does (seems to get hung up or just keeps "searching" for something).
