Its not the official response of NNG, I have no idea why did mosheys has decided that.
This is one post from a discussion at the HEBREW (not Arabic) NNG site which says that King David st. was labled incorrecly as Dekel st. on the last version of the map - 08.2012.

The official response, later in the discussion, says that NNG are aware of the mistake and will fix it on the next version of the map.

Thank you very much for following up & responding, my friend was in Jerusalem and needed to exchange a rental car from Hertz on רחוב דוד המלך and got lost and frustrated.

It also thinks King George street in Jerusalem is Shderot Ben Gurion!
