Can I put Mapsource map to the Latest Garmin Nuvi Device & how?

yes you can
copy unpacked gmap folder to garmin map directory
WIN7/Vista = C:\ProgrammData\Garmin\Maps
or
XP = C:\Dokument and Setting\All Users\ApplicationData\Garmin\Maps
If you can’t se the path, then go to controlpanel/Folderoptions/View/Check show hidden files and folders/Apply & OK.

My friend wants me to put in new maps in his garmin nuvi, I never had one garmin gps only navigon and putting in maps in navigon is very easy (just drag and drop) how can I put in pirated maps in to garmin? please tell

OK I now have the img file called gmapsupp(255mb my country) can I just transfer it to C:\Dokument and Setting\All Users\ApplicationData\Garmin\Maps

what for a image
my download only a gmap folder - and this is for PC
you can read img files with basecamp - but only full images or rename it to gmapprom
connect your device with pc copy gmapprom on device and basecamp read it

if you want use full map on pc use gmap folder

where to DL latest mapsource app ?
