New maps ta.2017.04 are out there. But I'm not really sure if for "every" country, maybe later.
And it looks that pnm file is no longer present. (I don't know its purpose anyway.)

Wait few days. TA 2017.04 was not officially released...I do not know for which version of sygic sw they are intended.

2017.03 and 2017.04 maps have problem with FTS in Aura 17.2.2
