As far as I know, there is no cab, it's just zip file which you unpack to pda and run exe.

Not work on HTC Diamond, when start Pocket Fallout menu run, but when tap on begin game close and return to the windows screen

works just fine on toshiba g900 with vgaFix. i think it works only on vga (not wvga) devices.

This game supports SQVGA. Tested on: iPaq HW6915 SQVGA
Well, it's not real support; menu is right aligned and the game itself is centered, but all controls are press-able. Just move camera to right command is out of the screen, but since d-pad can be used for it, it's no problem.

seems to work fine on HTC Touch Pro, however a bit laggy and graphics look a little squashed(or pixelated, cant tell which) other than that, works decently albeit slower than expected.
