Requirements: WebOS v1.4, WebOSQuickInstall v3 or higher
Overview: This is a patch which allows use of Facebook chat through the IM client in the messaging app, you will need to create a username through the Facebook Account setting page.

Use webOS quick install to install this patch, once installed go to;

1) Messaging,
2) Preferences & accounts,
3) Add IM Account
4) Add Google Talk Account
5) Put "'username'@chat.facebook.com" as the username
6) Use your Facebook password and Add

Well the original post is from March 2010, I really doubt it works anymore.
