No you aren't, it seems to be a adf.ly problem
In the meantime, while they are trying to fix it.
1. right click "SKIP AD"
2. Copy link adress
3. paste it to the URL box
4. hit enter

Should work.

When I click on the links they say that the files are "Blocked for Violation." Is that me or are they really blocked?

Yeah it's not just you.
They suspended my MediaFire account too.
So there's a good chance none of my links work.
