What do you think the world would be like without the web?

probably no different...
wars would still happen, and media would still exist.
I think we would be less informed about current events and we definitely would be worse financially off as we'd be paying for all the stuffs we now can get online. LOL

Probably the same goes for the Internet? Someone would probably invent something that serves similar purpose because people need it, there is a demand for it?

It wasn't that bad! We just read dead-tree versions of books back then. And before DVDs and VHS, we actually went to these movie houses, called theatres, to watch movies!

Honestly, unless you travelled back by some sort of time-travel method, if you never knew about the internet, it wouldn't bother you at all.

At least it didn't for those of us who lived through that era.

for a year my living situation changed and for all intents and purposes, the internet did not exist for me... was one year of hell let me tell ya, because I do digital graphics and had no place to share them...lol.

It is really boring without the web. Because we are depending web for all our small tasks. Without the web how the searching will be possible.

Later on, don't forget how we had to wait at least a year before the movie came out on VIDEO and a CD player cost 400 bucks.

Oh! Don't forget how we had to search for information in buildings called libraries and a thing called an Encyclopaedia.
