Thanks but the download doesn't have a .bar extension file and I don't know how to create one.

inside the zip there is a bar file which you need it to install on your PB.

Still not seeing it. There is an air folder (I looked through that and didn't see a bar file) and a Meta-Inf folder(looked there too and didn't see anything)

Yup, there's no BAR file there. You have to rename the file, change .zip into .bar

Converting the file extension to .bar worked. I was able to install without any problems
