As for urology in general there are only a few in skyscape if you limit the products according to the subspecialty "Urology"...You will find many subjects though regarding Urology in any internal medicine book included in the keyserver. The apps for urology in specific included in the keyserver are:
Little Black Book of Urology, 2/e
Clinical Manual of Urology
You might give it a go and try these ones to see if you get what you expect.
As for the original licensed skyscape resources they might get updates but:
If you buy an application you usually get updates of the app for a year or so according to what the purchase stated. After that you do not receive updates. You DO NOT get newer versions of the product though this way. The app is yours to keep though.
If you rent an application then you receive updates of the product for the rental period but after this period the app disappears. So..I think this is not the best way to try keeping the applications up to date.

Hi mehdisats...Sorry but I do not think that there is something for PC...I was looking for that as well! I can suggest for an alternative though..You can try uptodate...It is a great medical database even though it is not subspecialty-oriented! It is available in some torrents! I use uptodate 19.3 for PC...If someone knows something different for skyscape though please let us know..It would be helpful! I hope that helps! Good luck!

At last I succeeded to reinstall all resources BUT I am having few questions:

1) Should I change the IP address from static to actual or leave it like that?
2) Can I update the skyscape program?

Congrats for the success...If you see post 796 everything is written down very clearly..! You can see it if you need more details...Just to be clear you SHOULD change the IP address to static after you finish as written on the post. As for the updates, you can only update the application through the keyserver on the PC the same way as you did now...You cannot do it any other way sorry.. I hope that helps...Good luck! I think my questions are misunderstood.
1) I wanted to know, to leave the static IP as such after successful installation of resources or untick the static IP and go to actual IP after the procedure. Because if you stay on static IP then you cannot surf the internet as is my case. I tried to surf the net but failed on static IP.

2) By program, I mean the Skyscape Reader. Can we update the Reader through Google Play or not?

I will be thankful maggy87 or anyone to answer the above questions.

answer 1: yes you should uncheck static IP address only after completed installation but double check that used fake email like someone@gmaaillllll.com and blank password. if do something wrong again get blocked!!

answer 2 : till now it was not important to update from market or not( at least for me because I updated my skyscape reader many times and nothing happened until now! ). but no one cant guarantee that what they do with the updates . it is advised not to update reader with market unless you know that it will worked with keyserver. you can stay in touch with this topic for further updates.

Hi mirchichamu...Sorry for the misunderstanding...mehdisats is right! Just an addition though... If you want to be sure for the update of the reader just do this simple thing:

Open keyserver and right click on any app on the list you see...You will get the menu (the one that helped you to download the apps you installed). There is an option there that says: "download the latest reader update". Just click on this and you will receive the latest one and since it is given by the keyserver you will be sure that this version will work! It is updated just like the apps are (through the PC when you receive newer data xml files)! Good luck!!!

This has been working great for quite some time now but has anyone else started having problems with the complete removal of all resources from the ipad 2? This is happening now on a daily basis and I have to reinstall them every day. I have FirewallIP installed and have blocked all connections from skyscape reader but it still displays "no network connectivity" when loading up and by this time all my resources have been deleted?? So it appears, it can recognise if internet connectivity has been blocked and if it has it removes all resources?? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to either revert back to an older version of skyscape reader or anything else to prevent all my resources being deleted on a daily basis?? This has never been an issue until recent updates over the last couple of months. Many thanks for your help guys!

Sorry for your trouble! I do not have an ipad but I do have an iphone which is similar! Well, I have a question! What did you change before you faced those issues? I mean you said "after recent updates"...Have you updated somehow the applications of skyscape? Because if you did it means that you are using your real skyscape account! Otherwise you need keyserver to connect and update the resources! Please clarify so that we manage to help you if we can! I would suggest that you read Post: #774 of this thread at page 52 to make sure that you have done everything right! Just to double check that you have not missed a thing! Please let me know after that if you are still experiencing trouble!
