The above link could be a virus/malware/etc. Microsoft Security Essentials saw it as a threat, which I ignored because... well, it's Microsoft Security Essentials. But after installing it, it doesn't actually give you a wallpaper, rather it adds a new app just called "install". I didn't try running it, I just uninstalled it.

Yup tried it and it has a trojan horse, but what i did is extract the content and found a link to the file download, here it is, will try on my tab now
