Cracked version (4.1.1 Europe and 4.1.1 US) both working on my SG2 (android 2.3.3) but both take one or two minutes to start when I try to open them? Is it just me?
Hmm

Maybe just you, on my Evo 4G it takes apprx. 12 seconds to open from the time I click the Navigon icon, until it shows "Please wait" then "Checking for new messages" then the standard "warning" message prompt that it always shows until you press Ok.
Btw, I've used Sygic (v11.12.6 or whatever the most recent was) for a while - which was ok (nice GUI and options), but took one or two minutes for me to open - which I couldn't stand.. and the routes it chose for me (I live in US btw) were always funky, and it wasn't as accurate as others. So I removed it and got Navigon & Co-Pilot. (And Google Maps as a backup)
And Navigon is the only GPS app I've seen so far that has "Spoken street names" (i.e. Turn right on Main street... etc.) - which is something I absolutely love in a GPS system. Not to mention this is by Garmin, which seems great.
The only GPS I've owned a few years ago was a TomTom, which was good; but I've read somewhere that their company isn't updating maps or something anymore? I'm not 100% sure - (if you own a TomTom now and want to clarify for me, please do.) Only because I want to buy an actual GPS, and I'm really liking the Garmin nuvi 50LM [LM = Lifetime Map updates] for around $130 USD.
What's your favorite GPS System and why?

Please, I'd like some input. I want one that has Spoken street names, is very very accurate, and free lifetime map updates. Oh, and what's your favorite GPS App daily-driver? I'm liking Navigon so far, but is there a better one I'm missing? Thanks for reading my long-ass post
