I want to install skype on my HP Ipaq hw6915 that runs WM5.

Wich one should i install: Skype for Windows Mobile or Skype for Smartphones ?
Both are .cab-files.

Read somewhere that a Smartphone don't have touchscreen, but on Wikipedia it tells me that a Smartphone can be a WM phone and have touchscreen.
Please help me, i'm confused.

From Wikipedia.com:

Quote:
In terms of features, most smartphones support full featured email capabilities with the functionality of a complete personal organizer. Other functionality might include an additional interface such as a miniature QWERTY keyboard, "a touch screen" or a D-pad, a built-in camera, contact management, an accelerometer, built-in navigation hardware and software, the ability to read business documents in a variety of formats such as PDF and Microsoft Office, media software for playing music, browsing photos and viewing video clips, internet browsers or even just secure access to company mail, such as is provided by a BlackBerry.

Another way to look at it.
If your windows symbol is on top of the screen ---> PPC
If your windows symbol is on bottom of the screen ---> Smartphone

So even if my PPC has a phone in it, it's not a smartphone :?

Anyway, mine is at the top, so i guess it's a PPC.

What about this article:

Smartphone's don't have a touchscreen. A PPC Phone does.

hw6915 is PPC

And as said before:
Touchscreen = PPC
No Touchscreen = Smartphone

or

If your windows symbol is on top of the screen = PPC
If your windows symbol is on bottom of the screen = Smartphone

I see alot confusion on the internet about the touchscreen-thingy, but you guys in here seem all pretty sure it's a PPC, so thats must be it.

I go for the PPC, thanks to all for help and answers.

Hello! Can you help me? I have a netbook - Windows CE v.6.00 (Build 3122), CPU WMT, ARM-WM8650. I want to install Skype on it, but I cannot install the files which I downloaded from the Internet. A message appears saying that the programme is not appropriate for this operational system.
Thank you in advance!
