Works on the 310...but you need all new maps. Older maps dont work. Maps now have Reality view in them.

TTS now fixed as well!

Only unfortunately a little bit right away the posision arrow. If somebody would be able to adjust it it would be very good. 400x240-es the program runs on a size.

Hello,

Anyone try on ipaq ( 800x480 or 400x240) other navi program like tomtom 7 or navigon 6.5,7?

Thank you

Yes Tomtom 7 work fine with this script.

RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts", "BattUserIdle", 0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts", "BattSystemIdle", 0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts", "ACUserIdle", 0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts", "ACSystemIdle", 0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts", "ACSuspend", 0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts", "BattSuspend", 0)
If ( Not ProcExists("Tomtom Navigator.exe"))
Run( "\ResidentFlash\iPAQ\TomTom7\Tomtom Navigator.exe" )
EndIf

I am STILL getting the screen freeze with Tomtom 7 that this script is supposed to fix. I have Mortscript registered, and the app (TT7) starts up just fine. However, the reg values are NOT being written to the registry. I know this by checking with PHM Regedit. Why would this script not be working?

Is this working for anyone else?

Unfortunately it is a HP problem. From time to time the registry is blocked. I don't no reason. You can control it with the clock and date that remains blocked and you can't change it.

Actually, with a little more tinkering, I've found that the reg entries CAN be modified with this script, but ONLY outside of Oasis, the main user interface.

However, if you try to put the script in the 'Games' folder on the 'residentmemory' and execute the script from within Oasis, the reg entries are not written. There should be a way around this, so if anyone wants to chime in, that would be great.

The person who posted the script most likely has it working or he/she wouldn't have posted, but that person hasn't indicated the need to execute the script ouside of Oasis.

EDIT: Sorry, you were the one who posted. So, this script works for you only some of the time? Could you explain your post again? Not sure I understand what you are talking about. THnaks...

I have said that HP from time to time have a problem with registry blocked and doesn't allow any change of registry. After softreset everything works great.
If you can not change your clock or date in OASIS it means that your have a registry blocked and your must do softreset in order to make to work the script.
The script works great. It does not import where you put them.
I have noticed when I connect it many times with PC they give me the problem with registry blocked.

You can try this

RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts","BattUserIdle",0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts","BattSystemIdle",0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts","ACUserIdle",0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts","ACSystemIdle",0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts","ACSuspend",0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts","BattSuspend",0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\ActivityTimers\UserActivity","Timeout",0)
RegWriteDWord("HKLM", "System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\ActivityTimers\SystemActivity","Timeout",0)
RegWriteDWord("HKCU", "ControlPanel\BackLight","ACTimeout",0)
RegWriteDWord("HKCU", "ControlPanel\BackLight","BatteryTimeout",0)

If ( Not ProcExists("Tomtom Navigator.exe"))
Run( "\ResidentFlash\iPAQ\TomTom7\Tomtom Navigator.exe" )
EndIf

I have read on other forum if executed outside Oasis the script works fine. If it execute from within the 'Games' folder in Oasis, the Registry entries are not changed, but I don't think so. Why we cannot modify the clock and date (when registry blocked). It makes part of the oasis
