i've sent an email to winzip computing regarding the error that im receiving, same thing with scattered. it seems that they're trying to imply that the file is corrupted, they have provided several steps, but im trying to redownload the file first before trying those steps.

i've already tried both,but nothing seems to work. both redownloading the file and trying the steps provided by winzip computing. help
