Nope. According to the devs, only Beta 2 is available in english..

For those who want to relive (well, sort of- more below) the FO experience on the go, here's a working link to latest english port :

Please note however :
1. this is not a port/remake of FO or FO2 you knew on the PC.. it's called FO: Return to the USSR
2. the devs are russian (so, in case you're wondering why for no.1, now you know)
3. the game supports G-Sensor but flipping is VERY slow
4. has problems running on wide screens. best I can figure it's VGA and therefore might need WVGAFIX3
5. you'll still encounter some russian in the game and interface at times.. devs says it *should* be fixed when 1.4 comes out of beta..
