thanks for the offer, really appreciate it. But I did manage to get through to UK Technical support via phone and email, after going through some calls and emails they cannot help and this is annoying.

Im really stuck on this one now, don't know what to do? Further advice for me?

p.s anyway to use spb backup trail version software and do something with that.. either whilst backing up (ignoring KMS backup) or by restoring (ignoring KMS restoring).. some how? anything like that?

Yeah, you could use SPB Backup & Restore to keep your Files, or use Microsoft MyPhone to backup your Contacts, Calender, Tasks, Pictures, Videos, and Music...

But seeing that the Kaspersky Support team couldn't help, it seems a Hard-Reset might be the only solution. Sorry for the inconvenience m8.

1-)open sktools and click process...2-)kill kavmain.exe 3-) open resco file explorer and go to /program files/kaspersky labs/mobile security 4-)find settings.dat file and delete it 5-)and open kaspersky now u can typ a new password..

2-open resco explorer and go to /program files/kaspersky lab/mobile and find settings.dat, rename it to settings.txt

The trial End didnt change.
KMS rewrite all the changed fragment in Setting.txt, when I remane it to Setting.dat.
Could you help me?

After changes in Setting I need retype a new security Cod and new Trial Cod?

u have to write your device id to settings.txt while u are editing it...
maybe you can resolve this problem now...

i dont edit any file for cracking to kms after this time...
