Dasai the version you say at the title is not the version you give for downloading.

Please check it.

Use one of the three *.8511b versions, depositfiles worked for me. The bottom Cab file is the original version.

When you install,don't select a AccuWeather server.Select another and program is work.In my case this is a cure.Try it.
