does any of u replace u pre as much as i do? ive had my pre for like 5-6 months n im on my fifth bout to be six cause they gave me a bad one on a replacement. i dont know if im bad with um or if the pre jus bad but my pres always in just about perfect condition when replaced. love the way the phone works tho, definitly the shit cant wait to see how far it goes

I've had mine replaced when I first got it like 2 days after, The screen is still pixelated, and also it has the oreo effect, I just dont want to replace it, Way too much hassle for that shit. But I probably could have easily gotten mine replaced a few more times.

Nope still on my first.
Had it since about a week before Christmas.
Only problem I have is a little crack the top corner, but that's only cause my phone just loves to drop on the ground.

I replaced my Sprint Palm Pre about 6 times already. I have insurance on it. When I brought it to a corporate store, they just ordered a replacement without looking at it.

lol u guys must thrash ur phones. i got mine in like a year ago. im still on my first. i never thought i was necessary to buy insurance because then i thought that if i didn't have it i would be more careful with my phone.

ive actually gotten a few that as i walked out the store n tried to make a call found out that the mic didnt work or id have to use speakerphone in order to hear. the one i have now the gesture button stopped workin and ive only had it for about 2 weeks. there is no damage to the phone besides that. im accually very careful with them

this sounds like it was stuck in "headphone mode" take a plug for you headset and rapidly plug and unplug it. it will fix ur problem :)
