Do I have a possibility to unlock my iphone 4 Baseband 02.10.04? if not, can I downgrade to a lower baseband?

There is no software unlock at the moment (and possibly never) for 02.10.04 and no you cannot downgrade to lower baseband. Google Gevey SIM for a SIM unlock but it is semi illegal since you need to dial 112 every time you re-boot your phone or lose signal
