Snake: A Fistful of Dollars by Enrique Abuli and Jodi Bernet.Requirements: CBR reader, 60 Mb
Overview: His name is Snake. The Wild West is full of snakes. And he's the most poisonous of them all. A new Western from the team of Abuli and Bernet.

Jordi Bernet made his debut as a comic artist when he was just fifteen years old, taking over the humorous series Dona Urraca from his father, Miguel Bernet (a.k.a. Jorge), who died in 1960. Bernet illustrated several series from 1968 to 1972 including Dan Lacombe, Wat 69 and Andrax with scenarist Miguel Cusso, and Paul Foran with Jose Larraz. His got his big break in 1982 when he took over Torpedo from Alex Toth in the Spanish Creepy magazine. This series became his claim to fame. Also in the early 80s, Bernet launched Sarvan for Cimoc with writer Antonio Segura, and Kraken in Metropol. He also worked with the scenarist Carlos Trillo on Light and Bold and Ivanpiire. In 1992 he launched the magazine Luca Torelli es Torpedo with friend and scenario-writer Enrique Abuli. While still working on the successful Torpedo series, Bernet worked on three albums of Clara de Noche from 1993 to 1995 with Trillo. Bernet has established himself as one of the masters of realistic comics, with a very personal and expressive style.
Enrique Abul has teamed up with Jordi Bernet on Torpedo Caiman and Marcelo Perez on L'Albino, an adult fairy tale in the bizarre spirit of David Lynch. Abuli has also done Spanish translations of best-selling American graphic novels such as Mike Mignolas Hellboy series.
