We've changed the format of the full page ads, hopefully this solves the problem.

Me too every page pops a walmart or some kind of ad, annoying to say the least. I am still looking at what I am doing wrong.
EDIT: user malfunction, Chrome, left a few checks and once I removed them, one time ad. Thanks Mobilism :)

New ad seems to work fine for me on Chrome. Get it once a day in a sort of popup that covers a large chunk of the page but goes away when you tell it to :)

Note - the problem appears to be timezone related.

I am in the UK (running on GMT) and in the late evening (after 8pm ish) it happens with every click - but after midnight it stops.

Fullscreen-Ad appearing every time, a page is being loaded or reloadad at mobilism... it's gettin' really bad to browse mobilism now. cookies are enabled for shure and i tried an ad-block plugin. no changes with or without it.
Using Opera 11, with Windows 7 x86

U got to solve this, or are going to loose some members! This is simply not acceptable for users. Think about it, that ads are only affective when seen from MANY users...
Also - as suggested - switching to another Browser is no option...
Never heard such an idea...
Firefox, Microsoft, Opera etc. companies would thank you for this :(
Any Problems with 1 site? just switch to Chrome!? LOL

For me too the new pop up ads are worse then the full page ads every click that I do on the forum it pops up, I don't mind ads or even full page ads that come once a day (I understand that the board needs to live of something) but this pop up ads make it very very annoying to be on this site :( (the best site BTW in the world for mobile devices as far as I know :D )

PS I'm using Chrome

Sorry to revive an old thread like this, but I am receiving full-page ads just like the ones previously described throughout this thread.

This happens in IE, Opera and Firefox in Win 7 x64, with ESET Smart Security for anti-virus and firewall; in Opera, Chrome and Safari on Mac OS 10.6 with Sophos Anti-Virus

I don't really mind closing the ad every time, but based on what I read here, this is not normal behaviour anymore.
