Zach's STAFF evaluation...

Watching the Watchmen...

('Watching the watchmen' refers to the Watchmen movie and comics series, where the question is asked who's controlling the 'men in control' to prevent a mechanism, structure or organization to decade by the blindness, short-vision or unreasonable feeling of smugness by the leaders...)

Moderators get an evaluation score based on their personal activity log count.

Section heads get an evaluation score based on their personal activity log count, linked to a 'leading' score, where the individual score of their team members is taken into account, as this is significant for the way the heads are managing their section and motivating their team of mods...

Both Section heads and moderators will also be evaluated on their kindness and behaviour, their presence on the site and the response to users' comments and requests in the forum. Also, their presence and response on IRC will be taken into account.

The rating will be done randomly, evaluating the last 30 days.

Just an update... on the update.

Staff evaluation is partially based on activity on the site, which is logged in the - doh! - staff logs which can be found in the staff lounge. By accident these logs have been deleted two days ago. Well, it wasn't really an 'accident'... I was told that the purpose of trashing the logs wasn't for the 'watchmen' evaluation not being able to happen, which nevertheless is the consequence...

We'll have to wait another 30 days for the next evaluation - unless another 'accident' happens - and keep in mind the one (or those) responsible for this kind of 'accidents' will get feedback in their evaluation... :twisted:

Oh...probably the person who is showing staff logs to someone who isnt privy to that info

Well it wasn't me, I filled up 34 pages of logs in the last couple weeks just to make it to #1.....

Please have your Testosterone-fights elsewhere. If you want to put some energy in my 'watchmen' project, better concentrate on finding those logs back (backup-hint-hint?). THAT is the way to score in this ranking...
