I reformatted and it now works for me as well. Perhaps some other app was stepping on Quickoffice (hope it does not happen again).

You've not downloaded the installation file correctly, try downloading it once again on PC and using a download manager. To support the MM's efforts please download it from the first post but if you had problem with it, try this one:

Requested by me, but it's not compatible with ICS yet. They've mentioned 3.0-3.2 as the compatible android version.
