Keygen doesnt work for me

Is there a trick for running the keygen. Mine gives me an error every time I try to run it. It says the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Thanks for the help.
NOTE: FIGURED IT OUT, IT WAS THAT MY NET FRAMEWORK WAS NOT UP TO DATE. WORKS GREAT NOW
