I'm sure somebody will give you the answer. Or you may want to read the previous Spotify threads.
These questions could be stopped if the OP would just outright say in the post that downloading is not enabled and cannot be enabled... Expecting people to know that and/or to read every previous post till they find one that has SOMEWHERE in the comments someone saying so is ridiculous.

How much more dumbed-down does the description needs to be?
The description clearly states what the exact mods are.
If the feature(s) you want is not on the list that means it's not modded.
