and box or phone? i use on phone & firestick & also using v2 on phone....uninstall it but clear cache & data 1st then uninstall/reinstall after app opens select word MORE it takes you to list of countries to choose from not sure what you're doing that is creating shortcuts? i've clicked on everything 1st time i ever used this app lol never had any issues...app is great!

The same happens to me, doesn´t work well

not open on android box ,beta version worked ok

Back to beta version it works again...
