This is a thing. Unlike the old com.shoozhoo.imageresizer which has the same name sans "PRO," this won't even "save" a re-sized file. I mean it does, but it saves it inside its /data/data/ folder, with owner-only read permissions, making it difficult to get a simple copy of the file. I was surprised Share didn't provide a "Save to File System," but here we are.

Wish the old Reduce Photo Size would be updated...I'm still on Pie, so it still works, but not looking forward to losing it at 10!
