Even bank apps, installed direct from the play store, from time to time is flagged. This less known vendors tend to flag a lot of false positives. Don't be surprised if you scan again tomorrow or later and the flag magically disappear.

Have the same problem with Android 13, I try Adguard from adguard.com, it still not work. Then, I have to change to Blokada instead. Wait for the new info or update.
