Hi. I keep getting the error message "could not connect to [host] at [port]." For example, right now, I am trying to d/l something and got this error: Couldn't connect to wwwdl6.filescdn.net at port 80, and this one on the other option: Couldn't connect to uploads.to at port 443.

I am able to log in with my premium username/password just fine and then it tries to connect but then I get the error. I can click the non-premium link and connect to those hosts just fine. So, I'm confused. Help?

Can you PM me the links this happens to? Usually when this happens to the Premium Downloader it means the file is inaccessible normally as well.

I have contacted upload4earn's owner about this, it just looks like our account with them has expired. This should be resolved quickly.

This morning none of the dozen new books I want to download have the premium blue arrow. Could this be fixed, please?

Why is so much of the new posted Audiobook content not showing Blue download arrows? Frustrating after just purchasing premium membership having to subscribe to other download services.

It's not a big problem, I just have to enter my login for the first "premium download" but then it goes without it.

If you have to enter your login each time, that means for whatever reason our cookie is not being saved. If you have to enter it once every 24 hours, that is the way it works.
