- Extract Main initial part zip (PS18.1.1x32.zip) using WinZip or 7-Zip or Winrar
- Run installer inside: setup x32 > Build > setup.exe
- Run patcher in Crack folder,
Select: Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 (32-bit),
Select amtlib.dll from the app installed folder

same problem here, I downloaded the part from different mirrors, again and again, but the issue persists. The message I got is "corrupted file".
