i just got my HTC Touch pro2 back from the warranty "the screen was broken" !

now after i got it back, i started it up but i didn't hear ANY SOUND coming out from the speakers

and when someone calls me i hear nothing, just silence !!

*i can make phone-calls by the headset, it's still working ! but the SPEAKERS ! no sound @ all

i am in Egypt so it's kind of hard for me to send it back to Europe just to make them fix what they have damaged..

if you know any solution for this problem please help me out !

I've tried : rom upgrade (didn't work)
hard reset (also didn't work)
