I have a 2 Pharos 535e GPS devices, neither of which gets a very good signal. I've been looking at external antennas, and I was wondering if I can use an antenna from a different manufacturer? There are no local retailers here that sell the Pharos antenna, but they do have Garmin antennas.

So, will a Garmin antenna work with my Pharos 535?

I've used the garmin magnetic roof antenna on several brands with success. As long as the receiver has the standard connector, it cant hurt to try. All units here have received much better signal and more birds with the external antenna.

I have three antenna's none of them fit the port on my 535e
