I grab epubs but usually have to convert them to mobis in calibre to use on my kindle.

Definitely Epub first, and then it's probably a tie between CBR and PDF

Definitely an epub guy, I like to load the books on my phone to read, and epub is ideal.

I basically only read ePUB. PDF is a bitch to read on both e-reader or phone. I don't think MOBI works on my e-reader.

If you're really bothered, you can use kfx convertor plug in for calibre to get all your epubs converted to the objectively best kindle format. Gets you left-aligned text and hyphenation, and I think proper kerning also.
