Which is the best value for money streaming box/stick that can handle 4k content and where I can use apks from Mobilism (for stuff like modded Youtube and Spotify)

Currently I see that the Amazon Fire Stick 4k is available for 30 euros and Fire TV cube for 68 euros. Are these good? Or are there better options out there? And is the 38 euro premium for the cube worth it?

I used a roku stick. I got it as a gift when it became clear I couldn't sit at my PC to watch my shudder andbprime anymore.
It was something like 40 or 60$ Canadian... sooo think around those numbers.
