I just cracked an educational app on my rooted phone, which includes point system same as games, now i would like to extract the app as it is and then move it to my non-rooted phone. How should i do it ?

from what i know there`s a method on how to do it, just like plants vs zombie 2 mod. It transfers the data on non rooted phone by the use of an apk. But I don`t have any idea how they do that.
