Sometimes when I attempt to PM a "major ebook releaser" to alert them to an expired release, when I click on the "send a PM" link, I get redirected to just viewing my own messages.

Does this indicate that the other user's messagebox is full, or does it mean that they have blocked me?

In this situation, how do I alert anyone that all links in the topic are dead?
