Until last week I was able to download ebooks from centfile and resteefile, but now I cannot even find a link on the pages anymore.

I have used 3 different browsers, of which one is completely clean, with no addons, or extensions of any kind.

No luck.

Can anyone tell what it is I am missing here? What is going on?

Centfile changed its set-up last week. Our section head, Merry60, checked things out and has updated the Centfile download instructions here: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=649944

They do work if you use the instructions I mentioned in my earlier post in this topic.

I read instructions. I am not the only one having this issue with those sites. None of the buttons are clickable when there is no `got link` on screen. It is completely dead. The only think that still works on those sites are Google ads.

Edit: deleted my some inappropriate words.

None of the buttons are labeled as "Got link" on Cenfiles any more. The first one is called "Fast", the second one is "Speed" and the third one is called "Link". All three of those buttons are pretty small but if you follow the screenshots they can be found. I just picked a random Centfiles link and had no problems with using the instructions to download the file. I did the same with Restfilee (the first link is still called "Got Link" and the other two are "Speed" and "Link" as on Centfiles) and again had no problem with the downloads.

I activated premium trial just to check how accurate links are. It failed to download. It says `likely to be deleted`.
FYI, those buttons do not exist. I am tired of repeatedly saying, there are no small button appearances. I don`t know what you are using, but on my side zilch. Nada.

I'm using FF 71 with Adblock Origin on Windows. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be seeing the buttons - they're definitely there for me. I'm assuning you tried multiple links as it is, of course, always possible that a specific link has been deleted. If you would like to PM me with links to some of the posts you've tried, I'll be happy to see if I can determine what the issue is.

Took me a while to figure things out, got there eventually. Although why They have to complicate things so much is beyond me.

i spoke too soon. Links are not showing now, nothing at all is clickable on either host.
To be on the safe side I'm not going to allow these hosts when making a request from now on.

FYI I am always downloading via my mobile phone, and I can tell you the site looks different from the one merry60 shared...& none of what merry60 advised worked, nor am I seeing any of the links discussed here.

Pls help.

Thanks.

P/s: I used Opera & Chrome.

dont know if anyone is still having some trouble on this but I'm also using chrome on mobile to download. ticking the box to show 'desktop site' in the settings will show the fast/speed button(just like in the link above). i've tried it on both sites and have been successful in downloading epub files.
