What sites do you all recommend for uploading books to share? When Astatalk dropped their ebook section (in 2010, I thinK?), I stopped bothering to upload epubs to 4shared which I'm sure is an amature hour file sharing site anyways. Would love some tips on how to go about doing this.

Pretty much any help/insight would be appreciated. Way out of my league with this stuff . thx!

I've been wanting to compile a list for sometime now!

Are you looking for ease of use, both uploading and downloading?
Or length of file life after last download?

Thanks! I suppose ease of use is most important.. I'd prefer something free or inexpensive - not sure if a membership/user fee is common practice now?

Links that require a premium account (purchase) are not allowed on Mobilism! If you come across one report it to a MOD.

And I am trying to get a list together of the sites that are used here and their "ease" of use.

Hey Farrah! I have a question... Do you think there is anyway to get rid of the links that send you through all of the AdFly crap? Those end up crashing my systems a lot (not just home PC, but laptop, Nook and work PC as well). I think that since it's not just one PC, I can't be the only one that has this problem, you know?

Just a question... it's dependent on ya'lls policies, I know! 8)

Are you coming across them in the eBook Section? :?

If yes, please let me know what posts / poster(s).

Thanks

It has come to our attention recently that a user has been posting adf.ly and other redirecting links (actually hiding them in the url). We (mainly me) have removed over 50 releases recently as they violated the site policy on this issue.

If you can PM me the title and author, and preferably a link, I will take care of them. Unless they are brought to my attention to handle, I can't justify re-check every post for them.

So if you happen to come across a release with redirecting links, send me a PM.

Thanks :D

I think Scribd.com has like a bunch, almost any book ever. New releases come out on that site in like less that 5 days or so, so I love that site!
