good day sir, i just want to inquire if there is an available video player that has a pan-scan/zoom function

wherein i could zoom in the video, then pan it to where i want to focus (good for tutorials) i tried coreplayer but it has no pan-zoom function,

any help would be appreciated

I'm also looking for a player with such functions.
Maybe there has been one developed in the meantime.

It works great on my HTC.
