SymPaper is really good addition to Google Reader clients like gNewsReader or Twitter clients like Gravity - after adding links to ReadItLater, you can check them later offline, when you have spare time. There are not too many ReadItLater clients for Symbian, and this one imho is the best one.
Features:
Signed retail would be best, but unsigned would do too.The developer provides a trial version of it at Ovi Store, but I'm not sure what other limitations exist other than syncing of only 5 articles.
