The current version from play store can be unlocked to full using luckypatcher's in-app purchase emulation. Then it will ask for permission to download the whole data which is almost 1GB in size now. For me the download was very very slow, but after that there is no problem so far.

Edit: Confirmed in-app purchase working with No root+ luckypatcher 8.2.8.1 (Oppo a37f).

Hi,
You can download the latest apk file from apkpure and patch it yourself before installing using luckypatcher. You just need to make sure that the proper switches in the luckypatcher app are on and necessary proxys are installed. I did setup luckypatcher on my mom's old Oppo A37f (no root) just out of curiosity and was amazed that in app purchases were working. From the luckypatcher app select "rebuild & install", then select the apk file you downloaded, select " rebuild", then "apk rebuilt for inApp & LVL emulation", select the top two options and click " rebuild the app" button. When finished, first uninstall the app if u have installed it already, then install the newly created apk by luckypatcher(you will find it under Android/data/luckypatcher's folder/files/modified/). Once inside the app, click on any inapp purchase and if you have configured luckypatcher properly, the luckypatcher's own window should open. Select the top option and do the purchasing. Thats exactly what I did and it worked. Actually some of the latest apps posted here are also working. Hope it works for you :)

Edit: Just... don't go crazy hacking everything around if it works. Developers need to eat too :(
