Zombies roam below, standing between the refugees and their cache of supplies. Long-term survival is limited without getting those supplies. A clearing party is created, zombies are killed but something goes horribly wrong forcing Joel to take a desperate chance. That decision leads to something entirely new and entirely dangerous.
