i have some stuff on docx that i would like to convert to EPUBs
any websites to provide good formats or recommended guidelines that i could follow?
do you know if they are similar to current market practices./ industry standards???

I routinely use online-convert for conversion of epubs to azw3 for loading into my Kindle. The optional settings allow formatting based on your target e-book reader. Also you can set your preferences for how you want the title and author to appear after it is loaded into your device.
