Hi anyone any ideas about kindle paper white froze on the boy under the tree screen, I have tried all the amazon help scenarios like hold the button in for so many seconds etc,,

The light and all comes on but can not get on the home screen.

Was it dead? My kindle did this once and i put it on the charger and left it alone for about a day.
When i went back to it i did the hard restart(Hold power button for so many seconds) and it booted up for me no problem.
