For me its igo all the way. I first saw and used igo back in 2006 when I got my 1st PDA. Since then I used nothing else. I did however try most of the offline nav software but none convinced me as igo did. I did use Garmin for a short while on a Symbian device.

Igo, Sygic, Copilot and Navigon are the bests.
Sygic is crappy to patch, but cool navigation software.
Copilot have a lot of dificulties on AOSP roms, FC 90% of time on my devices, but, one of the best on a stock rom.
with IGO, i have no idea why, but never got it working on my devices, seems resolution related.
navigon work great on my devices, aosp or stock, using this since a year or more.

Here WeGo. Been a fan of it for years as I migrated from Windows phone. Offline maps are great for travel.

Google Maps.

The level of detail & accuracy is the best I've used. Downloading sections when I travel out of reception works well too.
