The main app doesn't work, probably due to cereprocs copyright protection system. I'll post below the message from where I found this link. It's got the source as well as a workaround, you can use Tasker, as well as Evie ereader, to run these voices:

Posting this long-ass post to new voices you guys might want to use instead of IVONA voices.
If you're tired of using old patched versions of IVONA Amy, Kendra and Nicole for your offline text-to-speech needs, then I'm putting this out there for people who can't afford the price of CereProc voices.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=CereProc+Text-to-Speech

CereProc is a company that has makes high-quality TTS voice engines using real people recording their phonemes and stuff, making a regular TTS android app over 100mb to 200mb, that you can buy for a dollar apiece and use offline, in apps like Evie Reader, Tasker, Maps, etc, etc.

The source of these APK and OBB files was this site I recently discovered,

https://matjarapk.com/

I got the APK and OBB files for 20 CereProc Voices from here and then them, particularly the OBB files and put them in the right folders.

I haven't scraped all of their voices, but I've got almost all of their English voices, including some French, Scottish and Irish accents. I've uploaded the APK files onto Mega, and I've placed the respective OBB folders for each voice in their properly named folder. All you have to do is download the APK for the voice you want, along with it's OBB folder, you just need to paste into your own android OBB folder. This is my first time uploading anything like this, and I'm afraid of retaliation by CereProc, and they'd be justified in that as these apps are unique in the whole playstore and should be valued for what they are, which is a collection of awesome TTS voice engines.

P.S. A tip for people who use Tasker, there's a simple workaround to issue of the TTS engine reverting back to default google voices, no matter how many times you set it to something else. Just add a 'launch app' action before initiating the TTS instructions, select the voice you want to use, in the activity picker for that app (when you long-press in the launch app section), select 'check voice data'. That action launches the app in the background and the TTS voice works fine right after that.

The automod told me that I needed to post the Virus Total Results with anything I shared. So I uploaded the 20 APK files and 20 OBB files into virus total and got those reports. I've shared
the virus total reports in spreadsheet format in the same Mega folder I’ve shared above. I can't paste them here as it exceeds the word limit for comments.

ivona was being bought by Amazon and convert to only online version(Amazon Polly) now by adding more voice options. while there is alternative cutting edge TTS now can beat Ivona/Polly completely! try Microsoft TTS - that's also online version but with option to customize tune with selective mood, and alot nature sounds options as well. try the customized android version, it will amaze you! even though the mod version is not very stable and very dependent on connect speed and quality to MS server etc.
