I found several YouTube videos with rain and noise and converted them to just audio. Some are 10 hours. A lot of choices.

I have been using White Noise Pro for years. The also have a market with a lot of additional sounds. You can create your own recordings, or blend different files to create your own unique sound. You can search the Android app section for it. I hope you can find an app that works for you.

Noice on F-Droid. It's free and open source.

Chomatoze on fdroid is also very good. Free, open source, so many customization options. Relax Melodies is good for background noise (since it has many different noises and meditations) and they have a limited selection of white noises available. However Relax Melodies doesn't give you any options to customize the white noise you use.
