You could tried Notebloc. You can find the unlocked version here on mobilism. On the Google Store, you can download it for free, but you can pay a small fee to unlock the full version and support the dev if you like their work.

I've always used the free version of Notebloc. It seems simple to use, it does everything I need it to do so I don't see a need to change.

I like CamScanner. Love the batch scan, auto crop and magic color correction. Just snap and go, the auto crop is pretty accurate.

TapScanner is one of the best - and I really tested many apps

I ended up using Genius Scan+, which is both simple and powerful, at least for me.

I personally tried many scanner apps and i think 2 apps hit the mark in my opinion . Camscanner and Vflat scan are best ( Vflat scan is best for batch ocr conversion of images or a pdf i love this app because of this single feature)

I installed OSS Document Scanner a while ago via f-droid. Used it since, except for some features in other apps. Though open-source and relatively new, it slowly rivals CamScanner & Co. Worth a try
