thumb keyboard. hasnt been updated in ages but the custom long press shortcuts feature and custom top row keys are hands down a winner

FLEKSY hands down.

remove previous word with just a swipe. where other people just finished removing a word you will already have finished removing a sentence. You can put any image on the keyboard.

I don't have android default but for a free version of Swype you can use HTC's stock keyboard Sense

I`m using SwiftKey for years its great!
